SRI SWAMI VISHWANANDA'S BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS - 12th June 2014

On Thursday, 12th June 2014, we in Nairobi celebrated our Guru Premavatar Sri Swami Vishwananda's Birthday at Sri Swami Vishwananda Niwas Temple.

First, we did the Guru Stotram & the 108 Names of Swamiji. We then sang a few Guru Bhajans expressing Gratitude to our Master.

A Birthday Cake was offered to Beloved Guruji, along with Bhog (Lunch), which Swamiji lovingly blessed with vibhuti after we performed the Guru Arti, and so we hogged it all afterwards J

Packets of Prasad & Cake were prepared for the ‘Mama Mbogas’ (Vegetable Hawkers) and given to them. (The Mama Mbogas are fed every Thursday)

All of us then had prasad blessed by Swami
